The studio project is to plan and design a 500 x 500m Transit-Oriented Development Urban Tile. We were given a case study urban block/neighbourhood (Ballston, Arlington in Virginia, U.S.A. in my case) and use that as a basis for our design; change / remove / improve if needed. Additionally, a water treatment facility was assigned as a special use plug-in for the development.
